Move firmly under the cheekbone and stop when you reach the tip of the cheekbone (just below the pupil when you look straight out). Using your thumbs, apply pressure under both cheekbones where they meet your nose. Using your fingertips, press the edge of the lower eyelid. Remember to lift your fingers from the skin between compression to protect the fragile skin around the eyes. Apply firm pressure along the edge of the eyebrows. Using both hands, pinch your eyebrows with your thumbs and index fingers, drawing them outwards toward the temples. NB the metal on our glow rollers don't tolerate salt water, so to clean them energetically you just place them on dry salt for up to 24 hours. Some crystals don't tolerate water, however all crystals from our selection does. You can also place your crystal Gua Sha tools in the window sill during full moon to charge them.
